Note to self: 2 days gym this week. 30 min Cardio HiiT sessions only.

Been feeling really poorly for the last 3 days, with Covid like symptom's (tested negative using the home kits). I'll be better soon enough. :)
171.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 171.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
