Weighed myself this morning after Zumba on the same scale I used last night and I was down to 134!!!!!!! How did I lose 6 lbs from last night?!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did you weigh yourself the same clothes, same time of day etc. We usually weigh less in the morning than at night after all the food we eat and drink all day. Also when you sweat, you become dehydrated which can show on the scale as a loss. So it's most likely not accurate. Weigh in the morning before eating, after going to the bathroom, on the same scale, same clothes for the most accurate weight loss gauge. That's the best way to know for sure. Our water weight can fluctuate hourly so it's hard to tell. Either way, I'm sure you lost some which is great.

lol krystynecar! ;-) Thanks for the advice Suzi161! I don't have a scale at home, but I eat the same thing every morning, so I'll make it routine while I'm trying to lose weight to weigh every morning at the gym after I eat but before I work out (I work out around the same time morning). There is something quite magical about lowering that scale to where you're sure you'll be and having to go lower. Thanks for the encouragement both of you!!! We can do it!
