drinking lots of water 8 glasses aday and getting more excersise week ending 3 weeks of walking treadmill and once in awhile light weight machines{3} of them need to step up my workouts.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
