This is a 0.6 lb decrease from my lowest fasted weight, a hard won victory. Logging calories under RDI, time restricted feeding and exercise feel really good day to day, but I wasn't seeing weight loss. Hubby said I am building muscle and I know I am getting stronger day to day during my 30-40 min bike, ab and upper body session. Who knows. He squeezes my butt and says it's smaller "for sure." You can't argue with science 😅
300.2 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 175.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How many calories are you consuming on days that you are not fasting?

JB, 1400, 1250, 1200, 1800, 1900 were my last 5 consecutive day kcal with 2000 RDI.
