I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!!

It has been more than a year since I recorded my weight on here.

It has been an emotional rollercoaster for more than a year with my Dad getting very sick a few times and recovering but sadly he passed on at the end of November :(

You just can't focus on anything when you lose a parent especially when you are so close to them.

Now I feel that I am ready to start again for my own health benefit and live with a positive mindset. My first step was to get a really good scale :D

My official starting weight is 137.65kg

303.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 27.9 lb. Diet followed poorly.
