Glad you are here - you must NEVER give up. We all know what you go through because we also have been there. Just take one step at a time and make some small changes. You have to be patient and understand it will take time.

Thank you! I went for a breast reduction because back pain started the weight gain again and now I'm too big for surgery... -_____- So gotta lose it again and get the surgery then.
