I was expecting a weight gain this morning from refeeding and there is no change. I doublechecked. Wasn't able to finish my dinner last night. It's good to see I'm satisfied with smaller portions.
300.8 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 175.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds awesome. I could still eat a horse and seldom feel full even with all of the weight I have lost. You are doing great!

Training and shrinking your stomach. Keep at it! "IF" has really helped me the last couple month's.

Joe, I really need to "train." I was thinking a simple calisthenics routine every morning is a good place to start. My abs and arms are weak, also low back needs strengthening. I have exercise bands, 5 lb wts, a 35 Lb kettlebell, an exercise bike and a vibrating plate at home. What can you suggest for a 15-20 min workout?

I think you mentioned before albeit my memory is horrible sometimes that you didn't care for social media. Which I totally understand... I'm only on there to find fitness stuff and so our families can see the kids pics from Michigan AND NC mostly. I found a woman on there that's amazing that doesn't do crazy exercises. Or try to push selling something down your throat. I'm going to post a screen shot of her page. If you will look into her I promise you won't be sorry for it. She does a lot of low weight and body weight workouts that could really benefit you. Something you can do from home as well. I don't want to pretend to be an expert on what could help you. I'd rather have her help and give you stuff she knows for sure will help you. If that makes any sense 🤣BE on the lookout for my next post.
