this is great....but could do more like take up more exercise, and all you have to do is say to yourself this is a lifestyle change not a diet. this helps me by not making myself suffer.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 145.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

You are doing great!! Keep it up. For exercise, I have always heard that walking mixed with sprints is the best fat burning cardio. But don't push too hard.

We could all do it!!!! Keep it up!! Don't even think about it put your mind on something else that is how I survived my first week! I was concentrating in planning for my son's party that food was the last thing in my mind. I went to three family gathering and didn't cheat! I was so proud of myself and I find myself with more energy.
