Stuck to the plan throughout the day for the first time; no carbs at all and no sugar (again for the first time no meat before dinner!) Didnt struggle for energy too much. Lesson for this was I can eat as much beetroot, onion, carrot, cucumber and lettice to fill-up together with one source of protien of no less than 30g and Ill be well under 1500 calories with an evening shake.
189.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
