Thinking it’s from being dehydrated….since I’ve had my cup of ☕️…a 20 oz of water….and started on next 20oz….not sure why I’m so dehydrated….
263.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
