Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…and yet another loss…..broke my fast yesterday at 72 hours..had breakfast…then back into omad…rode yesterday on zwift….heart rate between 103-125 bpm….a great heart rate but it was on a flatter road as well….
257.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
