48 of a 72 or longer…water fasting..for me seems to give me best results….it’s not for everyone…but glad I found something that’s helps me….after so many years of trying this or that….plus it takes the right frame of mind…
260.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
