Eat less, sleep more - recover jetlag
137.1 lb Lost so far: 18.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LoL~ Some people dont fly but they occasionally do have this time zone lag, whatchamacallit? 😁
