Swam, ate, walked. Blob down, water up, muscle holding. A little stiff this morning in upper body. Not surprised. Very different muscles from walking and rowing. Also did some yard work this weekend.
164.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
