wow, Saturday morning and I'm the lightest I've been. ate over 2000 calories. moderate protein, high fat super low carb (20 grams) it's working. not in Ketosis yet
210.5 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
