Blob is down a notch, ate close to 10, need to quit doing that, but it happens. Didn’t realize I missed closing my move ring last night. Thought moving stuff in yard would have done it. Life goes on.
164.7 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 29.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
