Ok so we (me Kathy and Missie) have decided to go on a no refined sugar or refined white flour........so that means NO POP OR ALCHOL......for 90 days starting Feb 23 to May 17, 2015. We will be trying to work out 3 to 4 times a week and a work out is really just stretching, some core and light wt resistance on arms. Then walking for any where 2 - 3 miles. No more then 4 miles at a time. I am at 283 and would like to see 240 by end of diet period. 3.5lbs per week. We will be also only consuming 1500 calories a day. Looking at portion sizes and eating 5 meals at 300 cal per meal (if that is possible).......lol
