This week was tough due to all the favourite foods sitting in the house. I have been eating very small portions. I actually went over my calorie deficit by about 900 calories for the week. That was the highest amount of calories I had in a week in about 4 months. It looks like my body adjusted pretty well with it and still produced weightloss. That I am so happy and grateful for.

183.0 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
