Okay, my first week doing Whole 30 and I'm down three pounds. Very happy. I know they say not to weigh yourself, but that doesn't work for me. Otherwise, I have been 100% on board. I don't feel great, but I'm hoping by the end of this week I will have adjusted a bit better. Now off to practice some yoga.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
