Post illness weight gain ... there it is .. 203 lbs ...LOL! I hope you are all having a good day friends! Very cold here and heavy snow on it's way - good grief! I am not a winter girl so this is not fun. I will be driving in treacherous weather to get to the dentist tomorrow ... fun WOW. Stay safe all those in GTA or Southern Ontario!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
