Weigh In record (no journal entry) for 31 January 2015
173.5 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

It is weird, I really like this site, weird because I have a strong will and always considered these sites were a little pathetic, after all your life is under your control. That being said, this site serves to give me more prompts to exercise and by publicly posting up info occasionally I am aware of the need for progress more. Helps keep your goals more defined, so i have changed my view, this site as value regardless if you are not really fat or if you do need to lose weight. I just did 60 squats (A new exercise for me) and 60 push ups in 3 minutes total.. There is always time to exercise... Feeling great today as although I have not gone through a dramatic weight loss, my fitness has improved a bit and body shape has altered more than the 3kg or 7lb weight difference might suggest, TODAY I WORE the jeans i bought in JULY! woohoo We all have goals, some big, some small, this site helps you keep them in view Have a good day folks

I agree, I purposely post how much I will workout on some days upfront or how much I will eat so that will keep me on course. If I posted it then I will do it.
