Been away for quite some time now. A lot of things have gone on and gone wrong. But I'm back and I'm climbing back on this wagon. Determined to NOT gain all of the weight I worked so hard to loose. With ulcer on my left foot... I'm gonna just start over with what I can do, and pray my ulcer gets better.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
