Minor fluctuation to my stable number. Stomach still having a bit of digestive issues though.
119.5 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try drinking water or tea and add grated ginger (any quantity). Hopefully it will help.
