This is what happens when you do days of Irish wedding Irish Easter celebrations and miss out on your sports for two weeks!! Lol even despite, being mindful and not tearing into all the available delicious options.. and there was plenty of dancing singing and all of that, still managed a gain of several pounds. I'm surprised, I wasn't expecting it.. all the frocks fit and all that, so this result is unexpected. Back to proper care now, I guess you can never really tell when you're not involved in putting the dishes together as to how they will impact you :) But, we shall reset and refocus.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
