A nice day after the fog lifted. I went for a late Afternoon walk, which was wonderdfl!!! Here in the Pacific N.W. we get so much rain this time of year, that when I can get out I do. How about those Seattle Seahawks!! Their going back to the Super Bowl!!!! Wouldn't it be awesome if they could repeat after last years win against the Denver Broncos. I wasn't sure Seattle would make it back to the Super Bowl with the way they played the 1st 3 qarters!!! But it's the final score that counts and the Hawks made it COUNT!!! The Seattle Seahawks beat the Green Bay Packers in Overtime by the score of 28 - 22 I think the seahawks can beat the New England Patroits!! Seattle has an awesome DEFENCE!!!! My low carb lifetime plan is going well!! I jst need to get more exercise and drink more WATER!!!!! Marlene
