I have been at this for 9 days now... down only 2.6 lbs. I feel like I have definitely been depriving myself... no sugar, very low dairy, no wheat... I have been keeping my calorie intake between 1200-1400 calories a day. Shouldn't I be losing weight at a more constant rate?? I had salad for lunch and supper last night while my family ate lasagna and I gained a pound!! I didn't realize that you could gain weight by looking at food!! Haha! I'm getting really frustrated, making me feel like I should just be eating the things that I really enjoy and just be a bit heavier :)
I need something to really kickstart me and keep me motivated...Maybe a cleanse??
