Did better this last week with snacking. Logging food helped. A little concerned about this week. Spending Easter weekend with family followed by a week of vacation. Plus my boyfriend's birthday is tomorrow. I'd be happy with no gain.
175.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
