Thanks Jacinta! I have started a friend on fatsecret, and just when I was starting to cheat a little lately, it is much easier to behave and stick to your plan when you are role modelling :)
122.6 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
