I was so happy to see my weigh in go down again. I can't wait til I can boast about hitting under 200.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1365 kcal Fat: 30.19g | Prot: 117.27g | Carb: 162.90g.   Breakfast: coffee, egg whites, banana, over the moon milk. Lunch: apple, chicken leg meat, skippy peanut butter, Chocolate Milk (Lowfat). Dinner: ketchup heinz, sara lee wheat bread, pasta sauce barilla, ground beef 4% fat, over the moon milk, mexican mix shredded cheese albertsons. Snacks/Other: peach, over the moon. more...
