Took a certification program at work. Last minute decision with the opportunity to start now (January). My last exam was last week. Not sure why I decided to not worry about my food intake during this time. Anyhow, I've gained 5 lbs. I don't feel I ate super bad, but ate what available plus too much snacking. I know I cannot do this and get away with it. Thankfully I did continue to exercise daily. My goal for this week is to start with tracking my food intake.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
