Well, crap! Not as much of a drop as I had hoped for. Had several dining outs this past week with friends and I think the non carnivore food messed me up a little. Still grateful for a drop though. I also realized even the slightest bit of starch messes with my attitude/mood. Didn’t expect that but glad I figured it out.

Still, a nice drop. Good luck with figuring out your starch issues.

1.5 lbs is solid. Slow and steady is the most sustainable way anyways. The foods that aren’t part of the carnivore diet aren’t inherently going to make you lose less weight. You can lose weight on any diet. It’s all about maintaining a calorie deficit. You’re obviously doing well with choosing nutrient dense foods and your portion control if you’re able to eat out that often and still lose weight. Nice work!

Nice drop, I agree that 1.5 is solid. I do VL carb, nearly carnivore too, and those little slips definitely slow the pace of losses. Keep up the good work!

My friend does carnivore. It is working really well for her.
