I'm so excited I had to share. About 2 months ago I bought The biggest loser Challenge for Wii, and when I weighted myself on the Wii balance board, I was 320. So, I put that down when I signed up for this site bc I figured I weighted the same, and I feared maybe more. However, I just finished doing a 20 minute workout yay(though, I had to break for a minute between sets bc I couldn't breathe) and then I weighted myself again. I'm sooooo happy bc I can change my weight to 304. Its not much but I'm getting there. And although the push up/ crunch challenge starts in 6 hrs, I'm going to try and do the whole set now, though I'm sure its probably will take me a long hour or so to complete them.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 144.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
