Weighed in at 178.8 lbs. It has taken a lot of exercise and proper eating to loss some of the weight from my sweet binge. It is so very easy to put it on, but so extremely hard to take it off. My goal is to try to get to 177 lbs, but it seems to be so very difficult to get to this weight and maintain it even with a lot of discipline and intermittent fasting which I do almost everyday from dinner to the next day at 2pm.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
