Well, I had a whole entry typed and then it got deleted, so I'll just do a quick summary. Basically the week would've went a lot better had Starbucks not completely revamped their Coffee+Milk drinks. I swear they used to only be 5 carbs; now they're 23!!! Agh, diet sabotage! Well, now I know to read the labels every time, even when it's a product I've bought and drank for months.
