Today is Day 10. Ketosticks mod; Body fat 39.7%;

Yesterday--45 min elipticle and 1 hour weights (legs/upper body). Breakfast omlette with bacon, tomato, cheese, mushrooms, coffe and half and half. Lunch salad w tuna fish, tomato, cucumber, green beans, blue cheese dressing, diet coke, dinner hamburger patty w cheese, salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, blue cheese dressing. Sugar free jello with whipped cream. 2 high potency no iron vitamins w dinner.

Short term goal under 150 lbs. 1.7 lbs to go!!!
151.7 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.1 lb a week
