Yesterday--45 min elipticle and 1 hour weights (legs/upper body). Breakfast omlette with bacon, tomato, cheese, mushrooms, coffe and half and half. Lunch salad w tuna fish, tomato, cucumber, green beans, blue cheese dressing, diet coke, dinner hamburger patty w cheese, salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, blue cheese dressing. Sugar free jello with whipped cream. 2 high potency no iron vitamins w dinner.
