woke up feeling very excited!! I thought I had majorly failed with the snacking yesterday, but fact is, I had cheated with the right foods! I enjoyed my Sunday and this morning I did not gain one pound or point for matter of fact!!
Wow, HCG truly has changed my metabolism!
I get to start the week with good numbers. Today I am being careful only to stick with p3 foods, no nut butters or even ezekiel breads until Wed. I am aiming for low carbs today. I want to get to 126 even by Sat so I can enjoy Sunday again (of course with good foods). Lots of teas and lots of water! So far 12pm I am at 5 net carbs. Woohoo!!

Update: So today I think I did good, I ate mostly high in protein and fat stuff... I did make quinoa for the family and had to taste it, So I hope that won't affect me so much tomorrow. Little nibbles here and there.

I just got a food processor and I hit the ground running making: Coconut oil mayonnaise, banana strawberry chia ice cream (for the kids), and tonight I made french bread (again for the family) It smelled deeelish! I actually don't even want any of that, I was satisfied with my tea all day. I had a lot of tea again today. Yummy!

I also tried the "bulletproof" coffee... well I don't know if I made it right, cup of coffee with half and half creamer and coconut oil. It tasted really good and I had it in the night. That was my desert.

I also made chicken white bean chili for the family and I had only the chicken with the broth. It was soooo tasty, I added cream cheese for the thickener.

I also, with my mayonnaise that I made with stevia, made a tuna salad which was so yummy!

Great day overall!

Wow! you sure are enjoying this diet/way of eating ... I made the silly mistake of making a large batch of gluten free scones (added bacon and a small amount of cheese & onion on top). They were so nice that during the day and evening I had a total of 5 scones! The scale told the tale this morning. Never mind, its stories like yours and my own sharing which is keeping me mindful of letting things slip too much. I will for now go very low carb for a few days and watch the scale : ) Keep up the good work and enjoy!

Oh my!! 5... yeah they can get out of hand very quickly! I am learning to see my cues! I found a bog on how to make everything cauliflower! Even bread, don't know how that would taste. I hope you have a better day today. Unless you have little kids (like me) I suggest you just get rid of anything that will aid in your cheating. :) I wish I could but these kids would be deprived of so much! lol We do eat organic and homemade, which is I guess in a way bad for me because I have to taste everything I make. :( I'm starting to exercise though, so that's helping! Try HIIT training for at least 15 min a day. I like this guy... but I can only do 15 min of his videos. https://www.youtube.com/user/yaboymillhoy
