This is horrible!! I don' know why, but ever since I started my diet, I've had more food problems than ever!! I don't remember being so at war with food as I am now. I remember having the food but not being overwhelmed by it or feeling overwhelmingly guilty about it afterwards. I can't seem to stop thinking about the food, I'll have ups and downs about it.
One day I'll feel at the top of the world that I can do all things and I have overcame my food problem, but then comes days like these, where I just can't get over the fact that I can't stop eating and eating the good and bad foods!
I know so well what I should and shouldn't eat, but I choose to eat the bad food regardless! I have books galore about this diet and that diet, this healthy recipe and that "bad food" article, etc.. I ignore ALL of it and just keep on doing what I know I shouldn't do.
I don't know my thought process, I don't know what is going on with this mentality of mind. Why do I think and do what I do, only to regret it later! It took me so many days to get where I am, yet it took me so little to climb the weight latter so fast...
How will I overcome this horrible pattern! :(

Ok, I think I can do this! I found something that might work for me. I have to keep trying! I can't let this (gaining back the weight) deter me from knowing I can do this!
2015 will be the year that I finally start looking and feeling GREAT!
The new diet will help me keep my carbs but limit my sugar intake. I will no longer watch my calories although I will watch my portions. God help me to get this right!

I started following HCG 2.0 and so far it's yielding really good results, I got to eat a lot more. I still felt kinda hungry but that's because I weight lifted yesterday still. I plan on weightlifting still M-W-F but less lbs. I also am discouraged to weigh in everyday so I won't until Next Sat, which will be hard for me since I'm so used to it. But I'll trust the process.
