Hahaha...First step Done..Sub 210 barely...expecting bouncing with daily weigh Ins, but steady downward progress. 16/8 IF sub 75ish g average carb daily with 100+ g average protein. 1 cheat weekend for past 6 weeks.
209.9 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
