Still not able to go to the gym or even walk for 30 minutes due to my back. I'm currently in physical therapy 2x a week and limited due to instability. But, I'm still proud of my weightloss so far.😁
240.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 90.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
