I pretty much stayed the same weight over the past week, which was a little disappointing. But when I think back about what I actually ate this past week I guess I'm not too surprised that I didn't drop.
170.9 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
