This looks like a huge swing, but interesting part is in the details. Scale says I’m holding a huge amount of water and blob is actually down. Tomorrow will tell me more. Blob is 69.5 and water is at 69.8. Bodies are interesting. Kept moving all weekend.
168.7 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
