Gained from yesterday. Mostly I think not enough water, didn't get to the gym last night. But also because I ate dinner at the mall, even healthy choices at a food court are kind of junky. Today I'll need to make all my food choices better. Looks like the gym isn't possible again. My daughter has information night for high school.
