I flipped my sleeping schedule back to reasonably normal last night, only woke up for two hours from 1am to 3am, but I was able to go back to sleep. I am finding eating 1800 calories a day to be difficult, even eating 4 pieces of pizza yesterday for dinner only got me 90% there and then I gained weight for it this morning.

Food consumption is really difficult to figure out, and every person is different. Pay attention to your body to find your happy medium. For me, all charts are wrong. I would gain like mad if I followed them. Has to do with the thyroid. I also know that I eat balanced meals if I stick to my body rhythm of breakfast 10 - 10:30, lunch 2 - 2:30 and dinner 6 - 6:30. Any later, I gain weight. Any earlier than 10 and I'm hungry all day (complete opposite to what one would think). I also find I eat less if I plan my meals in the morning for the entire day. That way I'm not continually thinking about what the next meal will be, or snacking. I think, for me, that takes the ancestor panic away of not knowing where the next meal will come from. I do know that I eat more, and more often, when I don't have the day planned.
