This weekend, I went away with my husband and did not work out at all. I didn't eat every 3 hours and no fruit. I guess poorly, I gained 2 pounds but started working back out hard on Monday and lost 1 of the pounds in the past 2 days. Prayerfully next week, I will have better news. I hear the support.........thanks so much. Patience has never been my strong suit. Time to go to the tailor:) I will practice more patience. Thanks again everyone.....jay
160.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Way to go....you gained, but lost right away. Now that is commitment! patience is hard, but know as long as you have it you will be great! Keep up the great attitude!

Way to get back on track. We all fall down but it's what you do to get back on track that matters. You will feel so much better for doing so.
