Man, I have been up and down with my weight so much. For my health and sanity I need to do better and get this excessive weight off. I'm starting by changing one thing at a time. No fast food. When I hit 14 days, I will eliminate another bad habit. That is going to be my plan. Let's see how I do.
208.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love that idea it’s very realistic which = sustainable. I deal with the same issues and baby steps are the only thing I feel have started helping me. It just helps it become more of a habit or part of life so I’m rooting for you you got this
