Down a tiny bit. Any movement down is good. Another few ounces towards the 200-lb mark.
208.4 lb Lost so far: 128.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good morning, yes any drop in weight is good. Your progress is great, congrats and thank you for checking in on my journal from time to time. You are so close to your goal and being under 200 lb. Not long now.
