i fell off time to get back to work hey i lost 40 lbs rapidly time to turn it up on my diet and lose it again this time about 12 lbs will do should be easy well see
210.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
