Hey Woo, I am routing for you! like you I am new at FS. Just focus on your caloric intake stick to exercising try to eat foods that are high in omega3 fatty acids that worked for me lost 25 lbs in a month and a half planing your food for the whole day give's you total control over your diet so if it's with in the guidelines you can have a little fun. As you stated your structured so you should not have a problem good luck!!!!!
