Look, I'll take this minor weight gain. I laid in bed last night and ate three Hershey Kisses. Then, I ate three more. Then I started digging in the bag and lost count. *UGH* I knew what I was doing was not helpful. But they tasted SOOO GOOD. You know what, if I would have -lost- more weight, it wouldn't have helped me. I gained. A tiny bit, but I gained. Now, I will keep the chocolate OUT of my bedroom!

210.0 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Now worries, flush it out with lots of water and yes keep the chocolate away from the bedroom! :)
