I got an 8-month old dog and my workout schedule is completely thrown! I am having a hard time fitting it in with work and school and now the dog. He is difficult to control on a leash so jogging with him is difficult. We are working on it but, until then .... Losing weight is hard and fustrating.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
